Teddy is a wonderful boy, he won us all over at the rescue with his big tom cat cheeks, affectionately known as chubby chops by many of us here he is a firm favourite, he loves nothing more than spending time disturbing our work in the office by being ridiculously adorable and placing himself rather inconveniently either on or between our selves and our work. He enjoys strokes and fuss and has a wonderful purr! Now in foster care he spends his days relaxing and likes to join his foster Mum on the bed of an evening. Likely fed up of all those years he spent on the streets he isn’t too keen on venturing far when outside, he’s more of a homebody. Teddy came to us as a poorly stray, he was diagnosed with cat flu and diabetes not too long after his arrival. But he’s a little fighter and is now fit and well and has been for some time. After a course of insulin treatment he is no longer diabetic and the cat flu has also resolved. Teddy needs to be fed a specific food to keep his weight under control and the diabetes in remission. He will be a supported adoption meaning that we will support with any medical care he may need in the future although he now has a clean bill of health, long may it continue. We would love for Teddy to finally get the happy ending he deserves and has fought so hard for! Please get in touch if you think you can offer him just that!
