Milo is a handsome six-year-old black and white boy looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to thrive. He’s made wonderful progress in foster care and, once he feels safe, is a gentle, affectionate companion who enjoys having people around him.
He’s a playful character with a fun side too. Whether he’s chasing a twig, zooming around the house, playing with his feather teaser or enjoying a bit of catnip, Milo loves to entertain himself and those around him.
As his confidence has grown, so has his affectionate side. He enjoys a fuss, has become something of a lap cat in short bursts, and has even started joining his foster mum on the bed. He likes to build trust at his own pace, but once you’ve earned it, you’ll have a loyal companion who simply enjoys being close by.
Indoors, Milo has settled well. He enjoys watching the world go by from the window and will happily investigate if it’s open a little. Every now and then he’ll sit by the door and let out a little meow, reminding us that he’s curious about the outside world, but he’s coping well living indoors in his foster home.
Milo is looking for a quiet home where he can be the only pet and continue to blossom. He wouldn’t be suited to a home with children, as he prefers a peaceful environment where he can relax and enjoy life at his own pace.
Black and white cats are so often overlooked in rescue, but Milo has so much love, personality and potential to offer the right person. With a little patience and understanding, he’ll reward his new family with endless companionship, affection and plenty of happy zoomies.
