Milo came into our care as a very anxious cat. Following the arrival of a baby in his previous home, he became increasingly territorial and reactive, and his owner made the difficult decision to seek help for him.
Since then, Milo has come on leaps and bounds and is growing in confidence every day. Once he trusts you, he is the sweetest boy. He patiently waits and watches for visitors, then greets them with head rubs and affection. He loves a fuss, enjoys chasing his feather teaser, and can never resist a bit of catnip. When the mood takes him, he’ll even settle down for some lap cuddles.
Milo would like to be the only pet in his new home. He isn’t a fan of other cats, and because he has taken time to feel safe and secure again, we feel he would be happiest in a calm adult-only home with no other pets or children.
Like many cats, Milo isn’t keen on being picked up or placed in a carrier. A top-loading carrier would make any future vet visits much less stressful for him.
With patience, understanding and a little time to settle, Milo will reward his new family with plenty of affection and companionship.
