Ken has been with us for a little while now after arriving with a nasty wound to his neck that required a lot of care and treatment.
Thankfully, he’s making great progress and hopefully won’t be too much longer before he’s ready to start looking for his forever home. He still has a little healing left to do, and unfortunately the wound is in a difficult area, so it’s taking time.
Before coming into our care, he had been living as a stray for quite some time and was regularly spotted around the area, despite still being a very young boy.
He is an incredibly sweet and affectionate cat who is desperate to be a lap cat. The moment you sit down, Ken is straight onto your lap for cuddles. In fact, you can barely get into his pen before he’s trying to climb onto you for attention and affection!
He wouldn’t suit young children, as he can still get a bit overstimulated from all that love and give little nips. We need someone to recognise cat body language!
