Gizmo is one half of an adorable duo currently in our care at Cats in Distress after both boys were found stray and later signed over to us. Both were chipped, neutered, and are thought to have been abandoned after an owner moved away.
Thankfully, while they waited for rescue spaces, their finder cared for them and helped them settle back into indoor life and it is clear these boys once loved being part of a home.
Gizmo is an incredibly affectionate boy and a total love bug. His fosterer says he practically climbs onto laps for kisses! He has also been wonderful with their 9 year old granddaughter and has such a friendly, gentle nature.
He and Dave are the best of friends and often curl up asleep together, so although they could potentially be separated, we would absolutely love to keep them together if possible.
Both boys are now eating well, using their litter trays perfectly, and enjoying all the comforts of home life again after being abandoned.
Gizmo is ready to find somebody who will cherish him forever this time.
