Everyone loves a ginger cat, and Biscuit is a real standout — a big, handsome boy with plenty of presence to match his looks.
Weighing in at over 5kg, Biscuit is quite the solid lad. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves attention, often leaning his full weight into you for strokes or when it’s mealtime — something to bear in mind with his size! He’s playful and full of character, and will happily keep himself (and you) entertained.
Biscuit can get a little intense when playing and occasionally overexcited, which may lead to the odd scratch, so he would be best suited to a home with older children (11+). For similar reasons, he’s not a fan of being picked up and prefers interaction on his own terms.
He would need to be the only cat in the home, as he’s not keen on other felines, but he may be able to live with a calm, gentle dog given a sensible introduction.
Biscuit has previously been a much-loved pet, and sadly came into our care due to a change in circumstances. He’s a friendly, affectionate boy who will make a wonderful companion in the right home — and we don’t expect him to be waiting long.
