Bilbo is a lovely long-haired tabby who has lived with the same couple since he was a kitten. He is a friendly, gentle and mild-mannered boy who would love to find a loving home where he can settle in and enjoy life at his own pace.
When Bilbo was younger, he was unfortunately hit by a car, which left him with some ataxia affecting his hind legs. This simply means his balance and coordination can be a little different, but his condition is stable and it doesn’t stop him enjoying life. He is still able to get around independently and can happily jump onto a chair or sofa when he feels like it!
Bilbo’s long coat does keep him lovely and warm, so although he enjoys spending time outside, he can get hot quite quickly. He would love to be a lap cat, but sometimes finds it a little too warm for long cuddles!
He is an easy-going boy who doesn’t go looking for trouble. He won’t start a fight, but he will stand his ground if he needs to. Bilbo is friendly and could potentially live happily alongside other cats, provided they were accepting of him.
Bilbo is looking for a loving home that understands his individual needs and will give him the care and companionship he deserves.
